Faulty or Damaged Orders
You may return items within 90 days of the delivery date.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, or the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] and attach a video of the unboxing process (this is essential for verifying the condition of the order upon receipt).
Once we have received your video footage and any other relevant information, we will review everything carefully to determine whether your return request will be approved or declined. You can expect a response within 24 hours of sending your email. If your return is approved, you will receive a unique return authorisation number along with detailed instructions on how to return the item correctly.
We kindly ask that you send the product back to us, together with the provided return authorisation number, within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email. Please note that the return process will no longer be valid after this period has expired.
Once we have received the product, our dedicated team will initiate the refund process within 48 working hours. Alternatively, if you choose a replacement, we will ensure that a replacement item is dispatched to you promptly.
Change of Mind
We understand that customers may sometimes change their mind after receiving a product. In such cases, we offer a return or refund option.
Request Period: You may return your item(s) or request a refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Return Process: Please send the product back to our warehouse address. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will process the refund or replacement within 48 hours.
Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation After Placing an Order
If your order is still being processed, we will issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving your cancellation request.
If your order has already been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, we will contact the courier within 3 days to check whether cancellation is possible. If the courier is able to cancel the shipment, we will issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving confirmation from the courier.
If the courier is unable to cancel the shipment, the customer must wait to receive the goods and then proceed with the return. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 48 hours.
Package Not Received
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at [email protected] to proceed with the return process in accordance with the instructions outlined above. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refund Method
Once we have received your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 48 hours. Please allow an additional 1–3 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
